So your saying that when you go start the game server is offline when its acctualy online right? If thats it, then its your ip probably not set as a live IP. However it could also be that in your client you did not change the ip to yours. Use this website to check your ip: http://www.whatismyip.com/

Its your client or the mini maps in envir thats set up wrong. Basicly, if its a fresh server, just download '3.55Working.rar' from the kaoris website and take the envir folder and past it to your current mud3 folder. Then we can be 100% sure its not due the envir. Next if the maps still are wrong, download client from http://mf.kaorimir.com/ OfficialClients/EuroClient/mir_install.zip - 949M

Then it should work. But i suggest you download the client first, and try it, if still dont work, do exacly what i said above.
