ok yesterday i got a psp but i've tryed going on the internet but i cant whys this?

yeah u either need to upgrade ur firmwire to 2.0+ or if it not this then try switching it on and off and keep trying but.........

no i need to know how to set up my connection and i have a 2.5 version so it dont need updating

nah i got a router yesterday installed it all then i tryed and it was working properly so i took it back erlyer lol

My advice:

1) Step on it
2) Complain that it doesn't work
3) Go to the shop you bought it from and ask for help.

Or you could read the manual.
