i think the border makes it look abit amataurish tbh. but its about the only border i can do.

by transparent what do you mean? so you can see the image through the border, or so all you can see is the bevel?

You need to make the font stand out abit more, infact no, much more. The border is very, very ugly so I would say that the best thing to do is scrap it (The border that is).
