[Request] New list of cheap web hosts

for the last 2 year i have used Netfirms max ($20 for year) deal but they no longer do this deal so now im looking for new cheap hosting

works out at $76 still a year which i wouldnt mind paying but there site seems alittle slow to me so i wouldnt want my site to be slow aswell
