There is a slight lack of people who still do siggys and avatars, Why not give it a try yourself? You seem to know what you want, I had a go with PS once i found it tricky for the first hour or so but then i started to get the lack of it, You can download it on here some where with a keygen, If i still had it on this OS i would give it a go for you.
