As some of you are aware royal mail is changing its pricing plan as of the 21st of this month. A friend of a friend has created a petition for people to sign and to get this new change ether stopped before the 21st or reconsidered.

Please give your support by signing the petition.

You dont need to reg to sign.

Please pass this link onto as many people as you know and ask them to do the same, the more people who sign it the better chance they have of stopping or changing it.

Thank you

no they wouldnt listen to some kids, but guess what im not a kid.

No offence, but at the moment you have like two signatures.... if you got the entire active population on LOMCN to post their disconcern for it, it probably wouldn't even get looked at.

If you got the entire member population to sign it, they might read it.... but to have an impact where they actually make a choice based on the petition you would probably need a percentage of the posting population, maybe a million? Or a few hundred thousand.

Sorry, but that's the reality of your cause... good luck with it though.

The idea is actually very good. The transporation everything is taken in has a weight and space limit. Previously, i could send a light parcel that took up 3/4 of the space on a van, for the same price as someone who sent a parcel the same weight that only took up like 1/100 of the space.

The prices havent actually gone up at all, but have become fairer and more spread out.
