Its in chinese.

Your on about MS SQL, no software can get into the SGL unless you make it yourself SGL = Shanda Game Libary. (guess) Its a custom made image libary, so no software by microsoft will help. The SGL viewer and exporter is in the server files itself as a rar file i think.
