Pretty sure the recent poll we had was that we do not interfere with servers, what they do.
Therefore I'm not sure what relevance Smir being corrupt on a server that is in no way linked to LOMCN has on his Admin capabilities.
Is it a good look for Smir? Nope, not at all and I'm sure he accepts that.
The GM of said server has already said that he did not want to pursue this issue further, nor did he want to kick up a fuss about it. He accepts Smir made a mistake (We're all human, right?), but also appreciates all the help and support Martyn provided him on said server.
We have also not received any concrete proof this happened, so until we do we can call it all hearsay.
It's an isolated issue that has been dealt with and we move on.

We don't use those tags anymore after the community voted for us to step away from server side moderation.

Again, igaf. The forums serve as a central hub for people outside of China/Korea to discuss, share, and advertise anything Mir, they are not here to dictate, or police how a server is ran or the consequences of someones actions for any wrong doing. ACCEPTED that they ONCE did, but since the rule/structural changes after the community votes against these actions, they've consistently advised they won't get involved.
Just to be clear - I'm not condoning any unfair game advantages a mod or admin may take in a server, but I also appreciate that it doesn't restrict their ability to run the forum.
Just to add to that, its THEIR forums, they have the last say. If you don't like it, don't use the forums, but I very much doubt there are another set of Mir forums for Europe and the rest of the world.
If there is an advert on the forum with the server that is doing that kind of shady things and have involved a staff member from the forum, i believe the forum holds some guilt in some members eyes, i am not saying that he did it because there is no proff of it from my understanding but yah if its true then the forum and his staff will lose the trust of some that really care about this stuff.

The answer has already been shared so you've probably seen it, so not sure why you're pressing the matter.
But I will say it again: The server owner did not want to provide any proof of these allegations therefore the matter was immediately closed.
