some errors to fix on EI

Hi every1 i want to leave clear that i have read all about this errors but i wasnt abble to fix them i used the seach tool,
my EI shows me this :

and also when i run Selchargate and Rungate

and some1 tell me how to make a client i have downloaded wemade and evolution server, but evolution is king files, im working on JOB files thansk please remember, tell me wich client should i download and if is possible from where and what steps should i follow
