Where's defrag and the chkdisk utilities gone? They don't seem to work or do they? lol

Also the new windows feature about error reporting is telling me that in miscelaneous problems I might be having including slow start speed caused by my windows display drivers. The display drivers were automatically installed when I installed vista - I havn't touched them since. My startup isn't too slow - about 5 seconds longer than XP... but...\
Also Windows Media Player crashes when I try play my MP3s :/ I've seen screenshots and accounts of people who can make it work. Any suggestions?
Sometimes it tells me "You do not have sufficient privelages to perform these actions, please contact system admin" when I am the only account on the system and the only administrator...
