Task Manager & Fan...

Well, my pc is acting wierd, i press the needed keys to open task manager (Ctrl+Alt+Delete). But task manager wont open i need to open it to close/stop a program running lol...

Also, my fan in my power unit appears to have stopped working, i am just wonderin if this is a major issue and how can i fix it? will i have to buy a new power unit or check the cable it plugged in etc??

Buy a new power unit or check the cables, but meh id buy a new power unit..

As for Task Manger, i had that problem some time ago the only way i fixed it was re-formatting =/

Ill open the case later and have a look at the cables, coz its stopped working ever since i plugged my second hdd back in O__O, so i have probs knocked a cable out of place or sumit lol -_-

Power supply fans are usuually integrated directly into the PCB vs a connector, having it go dead is bad. As for not ask manager, run AV/AS.

Is the fan dead as in not moving?
If so I would turn the PC off till you get a new one.

ye, all fans are workin accept the one in the power unit, duno why i cant see any cables lose or anything , the other fans seem to be going faster, well, working harder if ya get me though lol :P blowing more air out than usual, which is a gd thing coz it keeps my tower cool, just not my power unit -_-
