very strange spawn problem

i can get mobs to spawn instantly on my sevrer, but bosses like darkdevil, kinghog, incarnatedzt etc will not spawn at all. The bosses are in the mongen file and the mobs work correctly on my server, i have used the search feature but couldnt see any1 else with this exact problem.

Something to do with the time they are set to spawn ?
Make it more frequent and see if that helps.
Can you spawn them yourself manually ?

also, make sure u wait a few mins after starting m2server (about 10-20mins) then check if theyre spawned

Make sure you've added them monsters the the NoClearMon.txt.
