"Legend of YMIR was actually first teased back in January with a technical demo trailer. This past week at G-Star 2022, developer Wemade XR officially announced the Unreal Engine 5 MMORPG. Based on the stories of Ymir, the game is actually considered an entry in Wemade’s MIR series of games. It was mentioned that Legend of YMIR is a MIR title told from a Norse mythology point of view. Interesting. No launch schedule was announced, but PC and mobile should be a safe bet since Legend of YMIR will be on the WEMIX blockchain platform. Stay tuned for updates!"
So it is based on the mir series of games but from a norse mythology point of view. So I would expect to see monsters from norse mythology and characters based on norse mythology. So it will be similar in some ways but the game play, classes etc will be very different I imagine considering this game is over 20 years newer than mir 3 and on a much more up to date game engine.

Yeah it apparently has very similar pvp systems. I haven't found any info regarding the pve aspects yet but I can imagine it should be really good if done right.
