WoooL Server File Update 22/06

I have been working on the update since I got it from the Chinese and seeing what it has and making little things for it. It supports a lot of new stuff, like Minimaps, Mobs, and more stuff like that. More detailed description the Helps folder. Anyway, enjoy!

Spawns work yes. Will have to elaborate on 'things' :P Let's just say we are quire far from a full working set of files yet but I will be making another update tonight or tomorrow with 292/293 (can't remember) maps working, more mobs and decent spawns. And some proper English items
