Would smaller download bits help? So it all broken up?

I was just wondering what puts people off playing. Everyone who starts playing and currently playing loves playing it but we seem to hit a dead end at 20 user mark. So is it old times, the large download or because you dont want a change of mir?

I was wondering what days of week are for npc command. Is it: mon tue wed thur fri sat sun ?
