    That's kind of impossible, if they are able to do that they should be able to build it to any os. They might be missing some libraries or wrong configurations on the compiler or something. I'm not familiar with unreal engine but I'm pretty sure it is the same on every game engines.

    How about sharing it?. There's a difference between source/binary. What do you mean by files?. If you can only run it on EU4 it means, it's not been compiled yet.
