To do automatic payment you need a payment merchant to set up api settings and you need to code that to your code for for accepting those api settings then to confirm payment is done and code or script it to your server hope that sort of makes sense

lots of situations can make data usage on mir but most of the time its between 8kb/s to 32kb/s so take an average from that times it by 60 for one hour im guessing
