Go into the library folder folder and then there should be a folder called bin then either debug or release

if ur useing the github one that jev linked dont worry about the Copy the Files in ../DevExpress Components RUNTIME into ../Debug/Server Copy the Files in ../DevExpress Components RUNTIME into ../Debug/Client unless u downloaded jamies one just download devexpress free trial...
