Although the tele to dragon forge says speak to the BW Grocer at lvl 11 to unlock the quest, im now lvl 22 and havent had the quest as far as im aware. 100% not in my quest list atm. Could you have a look for me pleaee. Character name: Thokil. Thanks :)
