I don't think you know what "Pay 2 Win" means. You are selling items ingame which give an advantage over other players. Even if they are not the best items in game, they are a stepping stone to making it easier to obtaining the best items in game.

Whilst people are paying those prices, they aint going to budge. He is probably already booking his next holiday with all the easy cash he has made.

It's not a bad thing to have a divide. Just means that there is something for everyone. You are not necessarily splitting the user count because chances are those players wouldnt play that server anyway if its not what they feel in fun to them.
