Assassin speed is now working as intended (Wasnt working before) They feel very good now

MineZone added for GM testing with Recipes and 8 Ore types working just need to test drop rates over night. This is a PVE place to gain Ores for gold or upgrading kit and better lanterns and XP pots and more

Random Item stat chance added to every item ingame...meaning not only could you gain 1 of my custom made items they now have the chance of added stats too...totally random which makes it all the more fun thinking what it could be when its in that blue colour on the ground - This includes all Stones which i think is a nice touch

Heal should now work in guild mode

Increased ForgedPotions and ForgedEthers to a stack of 10 in exchange for 1 Miner Coin

FOOTBALL EVENT

To celebrate the return of the Premier League today MIRWORLD is hosting an event.

1. To dress up as a footballer simply log in and click the giant ball NPC and buy the transforms for free.

2. Kill random spawned footballs around the province for a chance of obtaining unique Football Team stones and decent exp for any newcomers wishing to catch up.

3. Once enough footballs are killed a Rift Maniac will spawn with a shed load of HP and little damage for all to kill....it will drop well and atleast 1 Ultimate Weapon.

KingTrog is now inline with TurtleKing in respect of toughness and drops

Blue/Red/Super Bulky Trogs are inline with Orcs Subs

Ranged mobs at MakoIsland no longer see throught Moonlight and also only shoot 2 spots as opposed to 7

MAC has been lowered to allow double slash and shinsu to actually hit

Shinsu has been tweaked up slightly to make it more viable

Quest count has been halfed at MakoIsland and the exp reward is x5

All pets are new mobs In the DB scaled to my chosen stats and HP

Damaging a monster to almost death before taming will speed up the taming process by 3 x atleast

Pets save on log out and UnTame after 10 hours

Pets gain lvls by working off your exp, meaning they only need to be close and rested, not actually hitting things

The Maniac Pet is a bonus pet and only spawns once and hour and is in the furthest point of the Pet Map

Ultimate Weapons now have an increased chance from any boss past EvilMir (lvl40 Boss)

Applied a fix to taming which should increase chance if you lower mob to under20% HP

Awakening feature now goes up to level 10 and success rates changed to 75% per go

Gems (Materia) now can go upto 5 on an item and an item can receive upto 15 added stats as opposed to 9 before

Updated descriptions on Materia to reflect 75% for first attempt...going down 10% each stat added finishing at 35% for +5

Added Pet Roll NPC - All classes can Roll for upto 3 Pets that will be lvl7 on Roll - Kill Pet function added to start over for a better try at your 3 - Wizards can still Tame an additional 2 on the Pet Map - Taoists can still have their 2 addtional pets also

Announcement

Firstly I want to thank everyone who has played and enjoyed MirWorld, it was my first server and I went in kind of cold as a GM, more of a seasoned player.

It’s been a huge learning curve and I’ve enjoyed making it and putting my own spin on it with introducing my other loved games like FF7 and WoW to its content.

Also updating the Base Crystal File Code and I’m still finding out things that I am capable with all the scripts.

A big thanks to Chris who was extremely helpful in setting things up and teaching me a fair few things.

Only possibly 1 person has made it to 60 thus far however I am going to work on adding lvl60 items to the drops and leave the server up as promised for anyone to enjoy. There has been a regular sort of 7-10 players enjoying the content recently and that’s great.

After that I am going to take my knowledge and experience into making a brand new fast paced High Rate server. Everything redone right from scratch. I have some really good ideas and it’s going to be completely unique and exciting...no FF7 content etc it’s going to be my own spin on Mir, so hopefully il see you there in the future.
