rebooted my pc and now the service manager will not start, iv tried many things but cannot get it to start. if i were to reinstall will i loose all the the items iv added etc.

hey, i got my town teleport but every time i use it is it goes to the beginner house i managed to make it go where i want to by making its std mode 31 instead of 3 but if i make the stdmode 3 it goes back to going to beginner. all the others like teleport home work correctly. how can i fix this?
