It's not even that though. No one can even have a chance of getting his/a kit without being spanked by someone (usually) in Team. Then if they struggle, the rest of the gang comes within 5seconds. Server is dead for over 2 weeks, yet Team running around thinking they're the best thing since...
I personally am not a fan of cool down times. Maybe trail it, but I don't think its a good idea. I think if spells are set at a reasonable strength, there is no need for cool downs.
Low rate is much better than these servers with lvl100 people and kits with 500+ dc/mc/sc. The numbers overwhelm the GMs and how to balance too. Low rate ftw!
