wen eva i play amir 1.4 server i get past char screen go to entergame and mir crashes no matter wot exe i use any 1 hlp plz?

i sent my friend the exact files i had on my pc. but wen he click in the exe he gets this error message mi1 has caused an error in KRNL386.EXE - mir1 will now close and mir closes,can any 1 help?

i think i messed up just reformated 4 first time. now pc juttery wen i scroll and blueyonder internet running at 12 mbps and its a 1 mb line. i foned blueyonder and they sed its spyware taking my bandwidth and i need to get rid ,but i used S&D and Ad-Ware but it still not work hlp plz
