The error basically means that one of the ports that your using for one of the server gates is being used by another program. You'll need to either stop that program from using that port or use another port for the server gate .

The update Zidio is on about is needed. When you download a set of Td's mir 2.3 server files there is contained within them files an update.doc. Use need to manually put all this updates into sql or where ever they are needed. Till you do this you will always lose guilds on a server reboot.
