Is anyone sick of the constant advertisements for server that seem to not arrive? I get servers take time to make, but heres an idea - how about advertising your server when the main basis of it ACTUALLY EXISTS. Not an idea of what you have planned, because lets face it plans don't always work...

This isn't a how do you do this thread. Its more of a, What number (1/???) makes an item rare? For normal mobs maybe over 1/10000 ? For boss mobs 1/1000 ? Anyone figured out this in a way that makes the rare items not drop once every few boss mobs, and are willing to share? :D
