This is the thread you need.

Setting up a server is simple, just move the files to your drive C:\ or what ever you use, go into the ini. files and change paths, just like you would with heroes.
Woool uses DBE, on XP it will be a default program in control panel > admin tools but for windows 7 users you will need to download it, the download is on that thread.
Open DBE, right click and select New.
Call it HeroDB.
Select the database you just made and go to path (right side window) then click the browse button, find your database folder (WolServer/DB/) and click ok.
Right click and Apply.
Open GameCenter and i think it's the 3rd tab, you will have your settings like IP, Server Name, Database name. Make sure db name is HeroDB and edit your server name to what ever, just don't use capital letters, then hit the (N) button and keep clicking it until you get a pop up message and click OK, another one will appear and hit Ok again, this will save all your settings in the Ini files, just a quick way of doing it.
Back to first tab on your gamecenter and click the big button which will start your server.
You will see a folder called Client in your files, go inside and move the Login.exe and server.ini to your client root folder, edit the server.ini if you need to do so, open the login, select your server from the list, create account and hit start.
Done.
The V2 version is the most stable version we have at the moment, it's old but it's our best. You will need to translate the source at some point but doing this is very simple, if you have problems compiling then am sure people on here will give a helping hand, it's exactly the same as heroes.
The files don't have a lot of content, all you need to do is visit some Chinese websites with Mir/Wool files am sure some of you already know some and just down a set of files, rip scripts and just build the files up.
The client is a pain and if you don't know Chinese or know someone then it's going to be hard, Interface work is done with the SGL Editor inside Interface.sgl.
Other parts like equipment stats is done by Woool.dat.update which has to be hex edited.
Edit: Reuploaded the server files link, i will upload source code if i can find it but the V2 with deamon support should be ok.

<Update Engine>
Removed register and other bad code for some reason the engine would delete your host file, but yer replace it with this one and should be ok.
