Horses have their own HP I believe so when you mount up you use your horses health. When you dismount you go back to using your normal health.Pretty sure it adds to your hp? then takes it back off when unmounting.

Just checked and it's the same in full screen too.
Strange, what's your system and graphics card? No one else has reported it
having a problem getting on. im on a dinosaur laptop but works with other mirs

it's just a visual bug, it's actually 3..and to fix it u need to relog..-Skill leveled too 3 but only show 998/1000 of level 2
