Administrator Control In win xp pro

Hey guys I recently had to totally reformat my pc The disc provide to reinstall xp home didnt work so i had to download xp pro off the net The installation went grand And everything runs But my computer has decided to tell me that the administrator has disabled the task manager

Now since im the person who set-up the install and im sure i gave my user accounts full control I cant think of what is going on

Any one know how to set it so my accounts have complete rights

Microsoft sam decoder, go in to regedit serach .sam decode it should hav the windows xp standard admin on there.
