I still don't understand why people get so offended by this kind of thing.
So what if he has the word "Jew" in his name. In what way is that offensive? It does not state any negativity or discrimination to the Jewish community. It is clearly a play on words.
As for his profile pic. I would consider it already censored by an image of Vegita. Even so, im sure we have all seen a vag before havent we?

Pic - I can see how you would have an issue with it but it doesn't have anything on display and pic serves a purpose with Vegeta in it so is more about the joke around Vegeta than being a porn pic.

Racism - Yes Jew is in his name but not used in a racist way as replacing You with Jew sounds the same and sounds the same as WhyYouBanMe so not used to degrade a particular race of people or make another race superior.

My Advice - Message the guy and see if he will change it for you / report it officially and let the other mods debate it but I don't see anything that warrants banning or forcing a change. Hope you find a resolution that suits yous both tho
