Banner Request

Simple request, a banner, 450 x 95 for lomcn. It will be used for the banner rotation system at the top of the forum when there is no other banners.

Banner should have LOMCN on it somewhere, and be mir related somehow.

Atm, there is a ragezone banner in the 3 sections, but if mental stopped paying for his advertising, then there would be no banner to go there, and at the moment my script just throws an ugly error :P

I want an lomcn banner that i can put there when there is no paid banners availible, so that instead of having an error "Unable to find any banners" it will ahve an lomcn banner.

i dont plan to stop paying, ill prob just outbuy the other banners if i have to

Would also be nice to have an LOMCN banner anyways. Out buying the other banners suits me aswell \o/
