I prefer the Ice Blue over the Dark Blue, the Ice 1 actually has shades to it (e.g. White spikes an stuff), whereas the Dark blue is just 1 big blob of colour lol.

If you stopped the Ice Blue from jumping around as you said, that would be the best 1, but i would still keep the Red as EvilMiR boss, and maybe have IceBlue in an Ice Cave, with an EC attack.
