Buying titles using fame

Someone told me that titles are rapped with rebirth on 3.55 and only a couple of people know how to seperate them and they wont tell.
I would really like to know how to give titles also though so if anyone knows be kind please

yeah At the moment they are connected to the Rebirth

there are some people who have seporated them but i dont know if anyone has asked them or not i have sent a pm out but have not seen him online for ages so dont know if he will get it or not

i know only for 3.38 version maybe it works also : read the sticky "holy made it easy in the eyes" there is a part after i had ppl a title in holy there was a db that changed i dunno if it helps u now but i have no time to look now wich db entry it was
