I need help coverting .data files to .AVI files, i recorded a movie for Counter-Strike and its in .data format and on instructions it says i need to convert to .AVI can any one help me?

i used a 3rd party prog to record it from a game, i dont know wat code its in though >< but i really wanna see it, its only 762k, so if i can, can i send it to ya and u can do it? or can u suggest a prog?
