hi all i have created a account on heroes goes through to char screen and when i try to make a char the char does not appear in the screen anywhere but lets me make the account game works fine on the computer that it was created on but does not work on other pc's in the same house thanks for you're help

you need to explain a little more how dont it work does it not load at all or does it black screen soon as you run the exe or does it get to the login screen?

it lets me make account and goes to the login screen when i create a char he does not appear so cannot click start as it says need to make new char but when i do make a char he appears in the make char window but not appear after that

is there a fix for this i need one i have same problem
