Can anyone explain what this skill is, because DSurge is meant to be full power at level 3 against 8 mobs.
This skill operates at lv 3 default at half power on King server, I dont get what the point of it is. I assume its wrong at default setting, but why wud it let u have above 100% attack power anyway. Lost lol

I dont think the new spells on Kings are meant to have a point, they are jsut something new and flashy with new spell effects.

And extra spell power never hurt any1, thats why we have lvl 5 skills
