Editing some bits & bobs...

Hi, I'm just trying to get all the little annoying bits out of my server files and am now stuck on a few 'lil bits.

I dunno if these problems are easily fixable, or whether I need to Hex them out or whatever, but here's a few screeny's at what I want to tackle now:

These 2 Chinese messages come up on my screen when I first login but I have no idea where they're coming from:

I want to Edit the Chinese writing at the bottom of the Edit Rank guild page:

I get this msg when I try to delete an item (e.g. @deleteitem (HP)DrugLarge) and the item doesn't disappear:

I get this small bit of txt on the end of the CreateAlly txt box:

I know I'm probably being picky with a few of these but I'm a picky person :P
Anyhow, I can't seem to figure out where to edit them, as I've searched through all my files for the Chinese txt, and also searched my .exe for them with a Hex Editor (crap at hexing tho ) but I can't find em.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Number 1 actually shouts out 2 every one that u are online

If you goto "mirserver\Mir200\Envir\MapQuest_def" and open the doc called "QManage.txt" u will notice that under the heading

#IF
ISADMIN
#ACT
CHANGEMODE 2 1
CHANGEMODE 3 1
#SAY
SENDMSG <a number> <the gobblty gook>

If you change the gobblty gook to what ever you want seperating it with alt spaces or just plain removing it will fix ur number 1 problem

the Admin shout thing is set to the } key in the commands.ini

 GMRedMsgCmd=}

change it to @!

(its in Mir200\commands.ini)

Guild page thing ... the bit under Ally is server side hex edit thing i think and the same for the rest of the questions

they all need to edited with a hex editor and i cant see where to edit either, but im a noob :P

EvilEvil, Xander, Milo or Toxic are wizards of translation though :P hint hint .......

The F12 key is client side im fairly sure of this but not 100% dunno if this helps.

1: Your GM Shout Is @} Can Be Changed In Commands.ini e.g. "@} Hi All" will work

2: Hex The Client To Get Rid Of The Chinese On The Ally Search For What It Says

3: That Is The Cheat/Option Menu Hex Edit To Change But Its Going To Be Hard to Find Unless your run your client in AppLocale To See The Chinese Characters

4: Once Again Hex Edit The Client To Get Rid Of Chinese

5: Looks Like Wrong Command Look In Command.ini to see what the Del Item Command Is

And Finally One Again Hex Edit The Client

Ill think you find @! will work if u changed the command in the command.ini files since i have done it atm standard it will be @}
