Firefox containers are great. You also have the multi-account container extension which allows you to have different sessions on the same browser.

I have everything from facebook.com and fb.com blocked on my browser anyway and I only log in once a week to check some stuff from another browser that I use only for that.

I was banned off falsebook in 2019. They didnt like my politics lol. I only use it now for work.
Anything that restricts their access is good in my book.
