What server is this for?
I believe you can press Alt + Enter to enter full screen if not try and see if in your mir folder if there is a settings/config file that you can open in notepad and will see things like:
[Graphics]
FullScreen=False
AlwaysOnTop=True
FPSCap=True
Resolution=800
DebugMode=False
Just swap the FullScreen to = True
