Got a DB problem

I got some problems with my DB,

I dont really know how to edit it...
When i just edit it with MS Acces its not in-game.
But when i then delte my DB with SQL enterprise and remake a new one, and chose the edited version its working but all the acconts are gone.. everyone has to make a new charather then.

Help plz...

dont delete all of the db then..delete and reimport only this tables: monster, stditems and magic
or make your changes directly in mssql server
also u could adjust your access odbc connection to the mir3 db to alter the tables in mssql server as well
