This is the GT Editor mostly translated, I havn't translated the mouse passover text yet as it is in a compressed file within the file. I will keep working on it though.
I have also translated the newest Mir3param.exe I am working on the table order right now I want to make sure I got it right before releasing it.

One other thing I did not test the EIserver Editor, I just translated it. So test it first or use at your own risk. Every thing else works good.
