i need help d/l

iv tryed all of the posts and they all start the d/l like any other d/l but then the % ot kb done does not go up is it my pc or is it the past coz im only on 56kb con and i dident know werather i need sommet special coz i got a d/l manager and was gona do it in bits

Its either their side say if a few peeps are downloading or its just ur connection >_< its done tht to me even tho im runnin at 576kbps BB
