I can make an account, login, make a character.. but when the welcome message comes up, its just white text and everything else is black. I can't press 'ok' to get in-game. Anyone know why this is?

i've downloaded all the updates from gothic but cant figure out how to make an account or even get anything started

Rite only time im goin to say this:
1) Install EI
2) Get The Inis/Exes from say GothicServer , Put Them in Your ei Folder ( Delete the Mir3Patch.exe/Mir3.exe/Mir3ini and the other one) SO Now uve kinda replaced the mir3 with mir4 stuff. Now It Should all be setup for u to play Gothic. But if u wanna play an other server say dragonnet put the ip and name in mir4.ini and the other1. Now Create a Shorcut to Mir4.exe in ur desktop right click it , properties and see where it says target i think it is. put a space then -u this will stop it autopatching.
Example
"C:\Program Files\WEMADE Entertainment\EI\Mir4.exe" -u

i dont play ei but i never deleted the folder when i quit it. its patched fully etc etc everything u need. prob like 1.5gb minimum rar'd though, so no way im lettin ppl dl it from my ftp! then i might as well just use 56k. if i can upload it somewhere ill do it though
