1 - Type of item refining
0 - Either mc dc etc
2 - % of breakage 0=No/low chance of breaking
8 - Chances of gettin more than +1 stat
1 - Same as last one? Unsure of this one

so would you replace where you put to , to say ... 0 so it doesnt break as often ?

Yes just replace the 2 which has a 20%?(not sure if thats how it works) to 0% chance of breaking?
