Ok This just ideas atm but please help me out...

Level 7 start.
X7 euro mir exp (hexed exp bar so new boss mobs for level 45+ with about 30,000 exp will mean alot!).
All 1.6 province's and caves including my own province + 2 massive leveling caves (Like bc gud exp but not too good for bouts level 33+).
Lowlevelcave which you only can stay in for 15mins but exp pretty nice but can't re-enter after level 20.
All under level 24- items in shops including books..
1/2 of euro mir drop rate to keep everything rare
but some new items for about level 22-25 will drop around so it gives people good enough items to get the strenght to go hunting..
Only 1 summon pet for taoist but taoist & warriors will be able to rent 1 pet and wizards will be allowed 3.
Bene will work 100% it it'll be quite rare on server
Meat / Ores will be x10 euro mir prices.
OmaCave will be the easiest cave for cash because mobs are pretty easy and drop rate will be highered.
Quests for every 2-3 levels for all class's.
Refines will be x5 euro mir price's but refines will work 50% !
All of 1.7 monsters + items will be added along with alot of my own custom made items (don't worry i'll keep it balanced).
All i can think of atm i'll add more as soon as i thought !
