-Increased Drop rate of Mir , Samurai set.
-Adjusted Exp from 50-120.
-Reduced most low bosses Damage , Defence.
-Increased drop rate of Low Level skills.
-Speak to newbieguild and gain 300% exp till lvl 100.
-Speak to newbieguild to gain your start kit , skills.
-Changed start skills to be obtained lvl3.

-Added Halloween items to boxs 3 days expire. (stats changing with your level)
-Added 2 HalloweenTowns High Level Town and Low level Town that you can entr for amount of HappyHalloweens .
