Hi, Ive tried searching the forum for Mir 3 Servers, most of the latest posts seem out of date, with a low internet connection im skeptical on which server(s) i should download as it takes me hours to complete. Is there or can someone kind enough give me an active server list with the exp-rate next to the name, Preferably looking for low-rate servers, population means nothing to me. Thanks. :distracted:

That isn't a complete list. I moderate the Mir3 section and in the mir3 server adverts I check they are all still running so you could try any.
My own server is Home and may be what you are looking for (bearing in mind mine is the only non-pvp mir 3.55 server currently running). But there are others also which may be suitable to you.
