Looking for help with Deep Zoom

So a while ago I used Google Maps API and a very large image export of a map (Thanks Akaras for making the tool) (https://fablesofmir.co.uk/fom-world/special/quest/2/) to create a deep zoom, I am now at a stage in my development where I want to finish this off.... but now Google want a card on file and to start charging =/

Does anyone have any experience with this sort of stuff?

I have been looking at Leaflet Maps, OpenSeaDragon etc, but just cant seem to fathom out how to get them to work like Google Maps.

The structure of the Image export is:
https://fablesofmir.co.uk/fom-world/special/quest/2/{Zoom}/{Row}/{Column}.png

I can do an export like:
https://fablesofmir.co.uk/fom-world/special/quest/2/{Zoom}_{Row}_{Column}.png
if this makes it easier for people?
