MirWorld is an exciting new take on one of the
greatest open world online games ever made...Legend of Mir2.

Start your story in Stormwind and speak to the Moogles

Your thrown straight into the action as you help the Moogles secure Stormwind
and venture to the Chamber of Rifts. It’s a tough battle, if it proves too tough,
the Moogles offer a trip to Midgar in order to become stronger
and one day return to Stormwind...and beyond.

10 Zones make up MirWorld with content suited to them.
A player can venture anywhere on foot or mount,
however it is advised to stick to the ”recommended zones”
as kit is dropped from Monsters in areas relevant to a players level...
and cave quests likewise are level suited offering increased exp bonuses.
When a player becomes over 10 levels compared to a Monsters level
they will start receive less exp per kill ensuring a player moves on to next area.

Story/Green Quests
Are advisable in order to complete the content.
These will guide a player in the correct order throughout the server.

Standard/Yellow Quests
Are optional and add a considerable XP bonus to help with levelling.
Daily/Blue Quests
Are repeatable and off crafting things like stackable items
as opposed to non stackable from shop

These are the central hub of MirWorld and offer a huge variety of functions.
From portals to Zone information. Rare Monsters found in the area are shown in colour...
Supers highlighted in blue, Subs in orange and Bosses in red.
Notice Boards are found in all SafeZones. This particular one is found in ”Midgar”

Located in the GoldSaucer these Maps provide unique kits and items
that can’t be found anywhere else in MirWorld.
They are opened to players daily for 1 hour.

Accessed using any NoticeBoard these are Portals to the UnderWord Maps.
Harder content. Bonus % XP/Drops.

Located in the GoldSaucer this game offers some fun time for players.
This NPC is always open for business.

Players are advised to visit here once the prologue is complete.
Gathering Quests must be unlocked here
in order for Monsters to start dropping
items into a player Quest bag

Comes in the shape of Orbs and can be found from Monsters.
Which can be used on kit to add specific stats.
A description of success rates appear on the Materia

Skills are divided into 4 types and unique to the 5 classes.
A handy description of level requirements and colours
are available in all Zones on the Notice Boards.

πš±π–Šπ² πš°π–™π–Šπ–’π–˜
There are 10 to find and can only be found from
randomly spawned Mythical Chests anywhere in Mir World.
Finding all 10 will provide the player with a special recall set.

Many Final Fantasy characters appear across Mir World
Including a special level 40 fight against Sephiroth
for a class based special weapon.
Other characters include the Turks, Hojo
REDXlll, Jenova and more...

Every single Map has a unique Final Fantasy or World of Warcraft piece of music.
Moments such as walking into a cave with the turks music.
Or temple of the ancients, Boss fights or Battle Square.
Nostalgic moments are at every turn.


Permanently Removed! MirWorld is completely free to play.

Well done Herc on your launch!

Is fun to delve in and dabble a bit in Mir, I always leave the music on (since its FF music!)

The only things I might suggest (i know its only 1 day) and I didn't play beta so it might open up a bit.
Might want to add a smoother transition between areas.

in Midgar and its caves, I was 14 with still 2 hex rings, sharp braces and bot all else, and when I went to Ashenvale, it felt a slog to start off with.

Could be done by potentially increasing level 1-5-10 items dropping a little bit more or lower some hp pools slightly.
It's just my opinion and since I got a few lucky drops it is a lot easier to kill mobs in an area.

Also the 'good' quests favour group play which is a bit of a ballache for solo players, a quest for 70k exp but you need to kill WT is a bit of a sh** considering there aren't that many quests from what I discovered

Overall though, kudos!

Thanks mate weird to be on the other foot for a change but very happy with launch. No crashes and peaked at 110 online with 200 accounts made. Couldn’t be happier with that.

I like to take a view of what I’d say in a discord as a player and I spoke with 30 ppl last night ingame and today with others in discord and agree with solo getting abit left behind.

These are the patch notes today that were implemented...

πŸ’« Solo exp adjusted so groups don’t leave them in the shadows

πŸ’« Bounty boss quests slightly lowered rewards after badlands

There isn’t too much else I want to change tbh I’m really happy with a lot of PM positive feedback I’ve received...overall ppl are happy. Which is why we do it πŸ‘πŸ»

πŸ’« 0-25 Zones now are becoming bare with players so the XP has been almost trebled here and should see fresh faces catch up to the group in Badlands, quests will remain repeatable but if anyone I havnt caught yet needs a reset il be happy to do it live ingame

πŸ’« SoulFireBall has had damage scaled and increased

πŸ’« All Cosmo Canyon snakes and vipers have been doubled

πŸ’« Double Slash has been reverted from nerf and is again as good as it was

πŸ’« Materia has been added to all lvl40+ area standard Mob drops

πŸ’« Divine Armour has had an overhaul to suit faster lvling now

πŸ’« Red Poison should now work on any monster/boss after lvl15 but more noticeable at 25+ especially 40+

πŸ’« 40+ content has had an overhaul of difficulty/HP/XP some areas are higher HP for example and more suited to melee with better XP from a mob

πŸ’« Larger CoolDown added to Plague so I can keep blue freeze in PVP

πŸ’« Added level 40 items to all areas after Stormwind so your not stuck in 1 place farming
