Muck about servers?

I was just wandering i havnt played ei in ages and just re downloaded do you think sum1 cud make a server where peeps can get use to ei say like for 1st time maybe a lvl 30+ server i know peeps think its boring and a waste of time but there are no lvl 30+ ei servers atm from what i know newayz..

indeed , like when we 1st got mir2 files , all those lvl 40 start ones..........
then we get ei..........none lol
